Maui ocean front real estate sales for the month of December are as follows:Residential - There were 2 sales. This month's closings occurred on opposite areas of the Island. The first in South Maui near Cove Park on Iliili Road and the second sale within Kuau, along the North Shore of Maui. Both properties offer a rich lifestyle beyond the views of the ocean's heartbeat and vistas. Within footsteps away are the offerings of surfing, windsurfing. stand-up paddle boarding, diving and a host of restaurants and social activities nearby.
35 Condo Sales: In December there were 35 Maui ocean front condomium sales. 9 units closed in the newly constructed Honua Kai located on the north end of Ka'anapali Resort. The high sale this month was one of the Residences at Kapalua Bay closing in at $5,000,000. The low sale was a leasehold condominium at Kealia located North Kihei. This unit closed at $128,000!
Land - This month there were no Maui ocean front land sales.
